The Food Technology and Hospitality department work alongside our school cafe to provide catering for functions within the school and wider community. 

Our students are well trained and supervised in food safety and preparation methods as well as front of house service by our highly experienced staff. This gives our students real life, hands on experience of the Hospitality industry as well as work experience to help with future employment opportunities.
