Early Closure 18 June 2024 - For Senior Parent / Teacher Meetings

Tēnā koutou, 

On Tuesday 18 June we are holding a Senior Parent Report Afternoon for Years 11-13. These will be run online from 1:00pm to 4:30pm, as such school will finish for all students  at 12:00pm. There will be supervision available in the library for students who need to stay at school until 3:30pm. If your student requires supervision please email wegc@wegc.school.nz. Buses will run as usual. 

For Junior students please expect a written report to be sent in Week 10.

For Senior Students - All Year 11, 12 and 13 families should have recieved an email containing instructions on how to register and make bookings for Senior Report Afternoon which is on Tuesday June 18, 1:00pm-4:30pm.

The booking system is open now.

Please remember to leave gaps between bookings so you don’t accidentally run over into your next meeting.

The system will immediately email you a summary of your bookings. If you need to amend or delete any bookings later on just find the email and click the button labelled “Return to your account”.

For these meetings, please only book with Kaiako (subject teachers), not Kaimanaaki. If you have questions for Kaimanaaki please contact them by email.

The system will also send a final summary of your bookings shortly after the bookings have closed, at 3pm on Monday June 17.

To enable the meetings, school will finish for all students at 12:00pm. Buses will run as usual.
