Junior parent/teacher meetings - Early Closure

On Tuesday 7 May we are holding Junior Parent/Teacher Meetings for Years 9-10. These will be run online from 1:00pm to 4:30pm, as such school will finish for all students at 12:00pm.

There will be supervision available in the library for students who need to stay at school until 3:30pm. If your student requires supervision please email wegc@wegc.school.nz. Buses will run as usual.

For Senior students please expect a written report to be sent in Week 6 and parent/teacher meetings in Week 8.

All Junior parents should have received an emil on how to register and make bookings for Junior Parent/Teacher Meetings which are on Tuesday May 7, 1:00pm-4:30pm.  These meetings are an opportunity for you to meet the subject teachers and ask questions about your student’s progress. Before the meetings please revisit the interim report sent in Term 1, and any grades visible in the portal.

Meetings will be held online. Instructions and meeting links will be sent the day before. The booking system is open now and will close at 1:00pm, Monday May 6.

The system should immediately email you a summary of your bookings. If you need to amend or delete any bookings later on just find the email and click the button labelled “Return to your account”.

You will receive a final summary of your bookings shortly after the bookings have closed, at 1:00pm on Monday May 6.
