Kia ora koutou,
I have been notified by the PPTA that there will be a ban on members' supervision or participation in extra-curricular activities on Wednesday 21 June. Yr 9 and 13 students will still be rostered home.
Extra-curricular activities are activities which are voluntary for students and not associated with a subject area, and do not involve an assessment for NCEA credits at the event, for example non-timetabled sports activities.
There will also be a Paid Union Meeting on the afternoon of Monday 26 June. In order to give members time to travel to the meeting venue, school will close at 12.00pm. Year 12 and 13 students will still be rostered home.
To accommodate the early finish and reduce the disruption to students we will operate the following timetable for the day:
8.45 - 9.15am - Session 1 (Ako)
9.15 - 10.05am - Session 2
10.05 - 10.20am - Morning Tea
10.20 - 11.10am - Session 3
11.10 - 12.00pm - Session 4
Please note the earlier start of 8.45am.
Ngā mihi nui
