Prize Giving - 3 November, 6.30pm

The school Prize Giving will be held on Thursday 3rd of November at 6.30 pm, at the Michael Fowler Centre.

Morning Practice Thursday 3rd of November – 8.45am – 12.30pm approx.
Attendance is compulsory for all students

Michael Fowler Centre:
8.45am - Students to be at MFC
10.30am approx. - Non-Performers and students not receiving prizes dismissed
12.30pm approx. - Performers and prize winners dismissed

Metlink are unable to reroute our school buses. Students will need to be at the Michael Fowler Centre by 8.45am where the roll will be taken by the Ako teacher.

If your student is absent please follow the usual procedure and notify our absence line 385 8514 ext 848.

Students will be dismissed from the practice at approximately 12.30pm, with the expectation that they will return for the Prize Giving in the evening. There will be no afternoon school buses and students will need to make their own way home.

Evening Event:
Attendance is compulsory for all students

Michael Fowler Centre:
5.45pm - Prize winners and performers
6.00pm - All other students dress in formal school uniform – blazers, jerseys black stockings and shoes.
6.30pm - Doors will close

Students will be seated in the auditorium. Parents and friends will be seated in the gallery upstairs.
