Teacher Only Day / Mid Term Break

- Mid Term Break - Friday 2nd September

A reminder that Wellington East Girls' College has a Teacher Only day on Friday 26 August  This date has been set by the Ministry of Education to support the implementation of changes to NCEA, and wider strengthening of curriculum, progress and achievement practice. 

There will be no timetabled classes, however, students will be able to work independently in the library if they choose to.   

We will also have in our calendar a Mid Term Break scheduled for Friday 2 September.   There will be no supervision available for students during the mid term break on Friday 2 September.

Our Te Aka Class will be closed on both days, and our school buses will not be running.
